Winton Oil

what do you think are the best oil paints in ratio to their price?

I have winsor&newton WINTON brand oil paints
I bought them a year ago when i was just starting and theyre student grade so I’m almost all out of them so i was wondering what i should try next, and i’m an art student so money is tight but if theyre amazing i buy a few tubes and test em out

Holbein oils are far and above the best I have used. The ratio of oil to pigment gives a dense butteriness.They have extremely high saturation of pigment, clarity of color and fine undertone to top tone balance. Unlike Sennelier which is over-priced poor value for the money, slimy and has far too much oil to pigment – or Winton, which though adequate as a student brand (or for cheap pigmented umbers and siennas) has far too much filler making a dry, dull clay-ish paste. My second choice is Rembrandt with nice qualities but slightly less consistent the Holbein.
