How Do You Assemble a Badger Airbrush Properly?

I need to know how to properly assemble my dual action Crescendo 175T. The trigger and trigger lever are either too loose, or wont move at all. If I adjust it to where I can get the trigger to move, the needle itself still doesn’t move.
I solved my own dilemma. It seems I had not properly aligned the male portion of the needle tube with the female part of the needle shank and the tube was not contacting the trigger spring.
Breaking down the gun and looking carefully at each part solved the problem…Thanks!

hey ! I have a Paasche, Iwata, and a Vega. It could be several reasons. The number one could be there is a build up of paint in the tip. ( I have a collection of dentist tools with rubber tips that I use to clean my airbrush’s). COMPLETLY BREAK DOWN YOUR GUN AND LOOK AT EACH PART CAREFULLY TO DETERMINE IF IT IS CLOGGED. ( Damnn caps lock) Anyway I like to hold the piece’s to a light to really see what’s going on. Now after you get your airbrush sparkling clean play with it shoot some warm soapy water through it.

Also check to make sure none of the piece are damaged like the nib ( cone sheped) if the opening on the nib is crushed slightly it causes the needle to stick, and make sure your needle isn’t bent. Place it on a flat surface and roll it back and forth if the front or back left up from your flat surface it is bent.
