Tassel Fringe

Can anyone help me find this crochet pattern?

I’ve done a lot of work on a blanket and after I moved I lost the pattern. I don’t have a way right now to put a picture of it online, but I can describe it:

i’ll look for the pattern in my crochet books in a little while. however, remember, that similar patterns can be achieved using diff number of dc & ch & rows so that you get smaller or larger diamonds.

hence i would suggest —
you try to count the number of dc across one diamond [at the maximum width] – these will then decrease by one dc on either side of the diamond horizontally up the rows till you have one dc at the tip. [this pattern reversed ie. starting with one dc & increasing on either side, will give you the beginning/other half of the diamond].

work on this separately till you are sure you’ve got the pattern correctly.
it appears to be a fairly simple pattern. and i’m assuming the chains ‘link’ the diamonds together.

if this doesn’t work :
if you are still working on the blanket & haven’t completed it yet, then—
very carefully rip out a few rows of the blanket, stitch by stitch & keep noting down the number of dc & chain [remember you are going backwards, so correct it accordingly later.].
