If you are a runner, there are many different accessories that will make your runs more comfortable and more enjoyable. Below we will discuss what some of the most popular ones are so that you can have a better experience running.
The first are water bottle holders. You might be lucky to run in an area with quite a few water fountains to stop and get your water. If not, you need to carry water on you to stay hydrated. There are some holders that attach around your waist to hold a traditional water bottle. There are also hydration packs that you can wear on your back to carry even more water.
Some runners like to have pedometers. These are good for measuring your distance in steps as you are running to get an idea of how far you are going.
You might want to have a heart rate monitor. These measure the beats of your heart per minute. These are good to make sure that you are really pushing yourself. Some people, on the other hand, have to make sure the heart rate does not get too high. This is a good tool for this.
If you like listening to your MP3 player, an armband holder is a good accessory. This will hold your MP3 player on your arm. The advantage of this is that it is higher up on your body so that your headphones will not get pulled out of your ears as much.
Your shoes are one of the best accessories. Make sure that you have shoes that are padded enough to protect your joints. You can also add in padding to your shoes to make sure that each step has minimal impact.
Running shirts are another popular accessory. These are good to wick away the sweat that you are producing and help keep you a bit cooler and drier while running.

I found napkins at Burlington that were good but they only had 2. Any websites? Im looking for a cotton candy classic pink color. Amazon only had a few.
