How should I buckle up my goalie pads to help my butterfly?
I know that if my pads are too tight it wont work. so right now i have them tight on the bottom and loose on the top, but they are way too loose that i dont have control over them and they wiggle so much that i feel sloppy. what buckles should the leather straps be put on to help my butterfly and also give me control over my pad???? please help
Keep them tight from the ankle up past the calf. The top strap should be loose, the next one Medium and all else should be as tight as can be all the way down. You want the pad to roll out so to speak up top, but be secure down low.
