Tips on how to better my still life chalk drawings for college?
Can anyone give me tips for like when to shade in the picture and stuff.
cuz im dumbfounded with this and my course is like fashion and we have to draw still and nude life and all that and i wanna improve me work.
when you are using chalk pastels, after the drawing you use a fixative spray, here are some tips on using chalk pastels…for fading stuff smudge the part and something that is bold use a lot of pastels pressing hard ( do not break the pastels ) do not use defined lines, use blocks of colours, where you can see line draw it, where there is a lot of bold and bright things, use smudges where the light is coming from…you never know, this could be a great outcome
