Please Help, Women Only?

I’m a guy with gynocomastia, which means I have some breasts. I wear a sports bra for support. It’s obvious that I have breasts but my nipples are really pointy and still stick through a sport bra and even some sweat shirts. I have some insecurity from my nips showing through(used to my boobs). I am always crossing my arms when my nips are showing through. I know that because its the only time People will look at my chest. I am going to by some bras, but what kind would you recommend? Also, what the different styles meant for? Please no jokes as this is serious. Thank you for your time. I already tried nip stickers and band aids they don’t work.

Hi Guy, I have very small breasts and i am always trying to make them bigger!!

However, my boobs always look even smaller when i wear t-shirt bras. They have no padding but thick enough so your nipples do not show through. T-shirt bras are designed to show no seems, design or shape of the bra, giving a natural look.

I have one from marks and spencers and it is lovely. Think the straps come off too.

My friend recently had a baby and her nipples were constantly hard, sore and poking through her bra and clothing!! She used to put thin cotton wool pads in each side.
