Bought a used car sticker sheet on window listed feature that isnt present?
I bought myself a used 2008 PT Cruiser from a big name dealership. The car was totally paid for. But here is the issue , On the window sticker sheet that listed the options , It had clearly listed cruise control. Well the car doesnt have it , can I goto the dealer and demand since they had it listed on the sticker sheet as included , that they have it installed?
The sheet on the window is not a binding contract. Unless the purchase order that you and management signed listed cruise control, then you have no claim to have it installed. If the purchase order lists cruise control, then that is owed to you as part of the contract.
If it was important to you, why did you not check to see that it was installed and working before purchase?
