I would like to have soft white hair?
Currently my hair is manic panic colored. I’ve bleached it a lot, but the last time I’ve done so was about 3 or 4 months ago. Point is, my hair is not soft at all. And I can no longer stand the color it is. And I would greatly like it to be both white and soft.
So, should I bleach it again? What should I do to make it softer?
I use deep-conditioners occasionally.
Soft will not be achieved by bleaching the hair again. Indeed you may get it lighter but the texture will not improve. You could:
1)Cut of the damaged hair as much as you can bear to loose then focus on repairing your hair so the occasional conditioner use needs to be regular use of intensive conditioning products
2)You could cut the hair and start again.
