What are the key elements of silver service waiting in the UK?
I am trying to remind myself of how to silver service waitress as I only did briefly and a very long time ago! Any help would be brilliant
Silver Service is the name given to the highest standard of Table service, this usually includes serving at table.
It is often performed by a silver service “waiter” using forks and knives on the customers table.
Thats about as much info as I can find about it.
