I have brown hair. I want to dye it to a light/medium red, then put blonde highlites in it.whats the best way
Should I strip my hair color, put the medium red color in, and then highlight it? If so, whats the best way to strip your hair color?
If you already have color on your hair, forget about it. Go to a salon. Stripping the hair at home is too big a project and a lot of things can go wrong. Also, how are you going to do highlights yourself?
If you have natural brown hair, you could find a pretty red and likely get it that medium red you desire. Personally, I’d leave it to the pros. This is a big undertaking.
