This is an impossible situation which nobody has ever witnessed before, right?
Guy A and Guy B who are equally fit/unfit and trained/untrained happened to get into a brawl fight (not martial arts competition).
Guy A punches Guy B in the SOLAR PLEXUS without any effect, but then Guy B gives back Guy A just one punch right in the BELLY BUTTON yet Guy A actually drops to the floor in great pain and unable to stand up.
(firstly no reason why Guy B would aim at the navel instead of the same weaker spot where he was hit by Guy A, secondly you probably cannot be sure or saw that their fists landed on those targets as described above)
No, it’s not impossible. Anything can happen in a fight.
