Is there an RCA to Coax Adapter?

Hi. I want to install a DISH network receiver with 2 tuners having the second going to a different tv. However I only have access to a 1 coax cable, 1 cat 5, 1 fiber optic between the two tv’s. The receiver requires an RCA cable from the receiver to the second tv. Is there a way that I can covert the RCA signal output from the receiver to a coax, cat 5 or fiber optic? I know there must be something out there, I just dont know what it is. Please help!

It’s called an RF modulator. They are cheap al Radioshack.
