My dog chewed up my instructions to my latch hook kit, what can I do?
My dog chewed up my instructions and now I’m stuck. I’m not sure which color goes to each block. Is there any way I can retrieve/purchase another set of instructions. I can’t continue without them. The company is Caron and I looked at the website and can’t find anything. I would appreciate the help.
Check out the “Contact Us” section of their website. It looks like they commonly deal with people who need to replace their latch hook charts (and I’d bet money you’re not the first person to lose one to a dog, either), so I’m sure they will be happy to help you. Their email address for such questions is public_relations@caron.com
When you get a replacement pattern, I suggest scanning it into your computer or putting a copy in a safe place so you have a back-up in case your dog eats the pattern again.
