will a kicker 4 gauge wiring kit handle 1200 watts with a 100amp fuse?
i have a kicker 4 gauge wiring kit to hook up to a kicker zx1000.1 that peaks at 1200 something watts will this wiring kit be large enough?
It should do. Kicker is known for making pretty stout wiring kits. But based on 60-70% amplifier efficiency and a battery/alternator voltage of 13.8 volts, you should be using 3 to 2 gauge wire. This is also assuming that you are running an amp on you highs as well.
