EPSON CX7400 Black Ink Problem?

I just replaced all 4 of my TO69 Ink cartridges on my EPSON CX7400 Printer. All 3 color cartridges are printing fine, but my black cartridge will not print. It reads that the cartridge is full but when i attempt to print a document typed in black font, the band acts like it is putting ink on the page but it comes out completely white. I changed the color of the document to blue and red and both printed fine. I ran a head cleaning and took out the cartridge to see if it was clogged but it continues to not work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can verify if the problem is the black cartridge by trying a known working cartridge. If there’s no black ink output, then the problem most likely lies in the printhead. A very expensive problem.
