bought a lacrosse stick…….i need help?
there is this sticky foam pad/sticker covering a design cut hole near where the head connects to the shaft should i leave it there?
Yes it is there for a reason. It absorbs shock and increases ball retention. If a ball hits it, it will drop to the ground. If a ball hit it and it wass not there it would rebound 10 yards in the opposite direction.
