Finishing craft projects?

I once heard of a site that you could send unfinished needlepoint pictures or knitted blankets and for a price, they would finish it for you and send it back. I can’t think of the name and was wondering if anyone knows of a site that can do it. I have a blanket that my sister-in-law gave me a few months ago to make for my nephew but I just don’t have the time to do it.

To get someone to do this Where are you located? How big is the blanket and how much has to be done to finish it? Do you have the pattern and all of the material to make it?
