How can I make a flimsy fabric thicker or mor sturdy to be able to make a dress?
I am making a strapless dress and have found a beautiful coloured green material, but it is a little thin for the job.
I know I can line the dress, but is there any way I can thicken the material?
All suggestions, opinions and knowledge greatly appreciated.
