Fastest way to lose a dress size for a wedding in 2 weeks?
I am getting married in two weeks and need the fastest and easiest way to lose a dress size and tone up. I have to eat but what is the fastest way. I don’t care if its perfectly healthy but I do need to eat at least 3 times a day. Thanks!
p.s. I do have access to a gym everyday so please include working out.
