Where can I buy crinoline for a little girl’s dress?

My daughter is going to be in a wedding. I have been waiting for the bride to pick out the dress and now she has finally asked me to do it myself (the wedding is in 2 weeks). I live in Central NJ and I need to find a store that sells crinoline for a little girl’s dress (mind you, I do not want to spend an arm and a leg). Thanks to anyone who may be able to help.
