Need money pretty quickly and need help with credit card issue?
We’re trying to buy a truck. The truck is 2200$ and we have about 400$. The truck is an excellent deal so were trying to buy it fast. We’re trying to get a credit card that we can either withdraw 1800$ from or write a check for. We’d be able to pay it back within 2 months. Does anyone know of such a credit card? We’d need the money within a week.
Offer the seller the $400 in an unrefundable payment to hold the truck. If you get the $1800 in 2 months, you finish buying the truck. If not, he keeps the $400 for the inconvenience of not being able to sell the truck for 2 months (over the summer, when sales are up). Or if you change your mind, he keeps the money.
But if you don’t have $1800 how are you going to buy gas, oil, insurance, repairs, tires, etc which may be more expensive than what you are paying now for your transportation?
Really doubt you could get a credit card of that size to get a cash advance from.
