Anxiety attacks are pretty debilitating to say the least. It can affect some people so badly that they stay at home, as the attacks come more often when out and about.
For others, they can come out of the blue, from no real cause, not one that is easily identified, that is.
But there is always a reason for everything.
Your anxiety attacks have their root somewhere. If you don’t know where, then it might take a homeopath to find the origin. We’re trained to find your sensitive areas, or your blockages.
But there are a few things you can do yourself, which will make a big difference to their frequency and intensity, if not eliminate them totally.
The first thing you need to do is to get out into nature more. If you live in the inner city, make regular trips to a park. Daily would be good. Learn to sit and ‘smell the roses’, as the saying goes. In other words, just sit and let your mind go blank.
Several different researches have found that once city dwellers get back to nature, their anxiety diminishes significantly.
You can’t live isolated from nature. You need it to nurture.
You also need the sun directly onto your skin, without any sun block. If your skin is sensitive, limit your exposure or sit in the sun and shade alternately.
To help deal with the attacks when they come, you may find the Bach flower essence Rescue Remedy immensely helpful. Rescue remedy can help most people who suffer with anxiety, as it has a broad spectrum.
If you know the origin of your anxiety attacks, then you may like to consider the following homeopathic medicine, but it doesn’t work for everyone, so you need to see a link.
Aconite can be used successfully if your anxiety started after a shock or life threatening situation. Shocks may include being robbed or witnessing a shocking experience. Serious situations may include a car accident, a war (some soldiers never recover), an earthquake, being involved with a bank robbery, that sort of thing.
It’s where you have become stuck. You can’t move forward. You might get nightmares, or can’t sleep.
Anxiety attacks are easily resolved, as long as you don’t suppress them. Suppressing them empowers them, making them worse.

on iCarly (the hit new nickeldoen show for teens) they have custom-made shirts that say random sayings (socky muffins, my pudding, blueberry thief, etc.) they come in many colors and one of the cuffs on the arm is always blank with a silver tag or pendant or something…i cant read the tag (obviously) does anyone no where i can get these shirts? and customizable shirt places out there at all? (besides airbrush parlors)
