I have seen these photos a lot where they photoshop the person’s alter ego into the image…My question is, how in the world do create these images? I would love some advise and instructions on how to create this.

Hmm, well usually they use photoshop. Some techniques would be vectoring, gradient, inverting the image, and such. It’s not that difficult but the ways of achieving them are confusing ^^;
